Terms

Here are my standard terms for commissions:I don’t do pornography, I do fine art. It can be sexy, it can be erotic, it can even be explicit, but it must be art. Please note: I am the sole judge of my own art. I am not inclined to argue whether or not a particular piece of mine is art or pornography.

I cannot be expected to buy new models for just one piece. If there’s something specific you want me to use, the cost will be added on top of whatever price we agree upon. This will be paid up front, along with the deposit.

I expect a portion of the final price to be paid upfront. This is a non-refundable deposit. I prefer to be paid by check, but other arrangements can be made.

You get one free revision, when I send you a draft. Once the work is completed, you take it or leave it. The better you can describe what you want, the more likely you will be satisfied with the final product.

Communication is very important. If I don’t hear from you after notice that your piece is ready, I’ll assume you don’t want it.

I reserve the right to display the work on my site or resell it. That right, however, is for sale. But it’s not cheap.

How you plan to use the work affects the price and will be enumerated in the contract.

All commissions for first time clients will involve a signed contract.
